River tubing trip
The Liberty program is headed to Massanutten, Va., Sunday, July 12 for two hours of tubing down the Shenandoah River relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Register at the ITT office by July 7. The price is $15 and includes tubing, lunch and transportation. Transportation will depart at 7:30 a.m. from the barracks.

Museum of Crime & Punishment trip
Come and spend a few hours Saturday, July 26 becoming familiar with Washington D.C.’s newest museum. Explore everything from the history of American crime and artifacts of medieval torture, to interactive scenarios where you have to unlock a safe or hack into a fictitious computer site. Cost includes museum fee and dinner at Hard Rock CafÈ. The price is $20. Bring money for lunch and the Metro. Transportation will depart at 11 a.m. from the barracks and return at 8 p.m. Register at the ITT office by July 23.

Wood hobby shop
Enjoy the wood hobby shop and remember it’s always free for Liberty E1-E6. Supplies and classes not included. Call 301-342-6297 for hours.

Movie night
Barrack residents enjoy free pizza, soft drinks and a movie on Thursday. Majority vote decides the movie selection. Games are also available. This event is sponsored by Papa John's Pizza. (No federal endorsement implied.) Pizza arrives at approximately6 p.m., and movie starts promptly at 6:15 p.m.

$1.50 bowling
Bowl weekdays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Pax River bowling center inside the drill hall for only $1.50 per game.

Free movies
Every Wednesday and Friday Liberty E1-E6 can enjoy the feature movie for free. Show your E1-E6 military ID, sign in on the Liberty sheet and enjoy the show.
