Proceedings Seeking Contributing Writers

The military publication, Proceedings, is looking for contributors to their publication. You don’t need to be a polished writer, as long as you have something important to say. Frequently, senior officers or retirees submit articles, but Proceedings encourages enlisted service members to submit as well. For guidelines, visit www.usni.org⁄magazines⁄AuthorGuidelines.asp. You’ll see on the side tab where you can peruse info on writing for Naval History magazine as well as books. Proceedings is not a part of the Navy or any government institution, and will pay their authors if they are published.
